Standards We Work To
Safe pest control isn’t guesswork. These are the laws and industry rules our surveys and treatments follow.
COSHH & Product Labels
Every product is assessed under the COSHH Regulations and used exactly as its label says. Safety data sheets are available on request.
Rodenticide Stewardship
Rat and mouse bait is used under the UK Rodenticide Stewardship Regime (CRRU), in secured tamper-resistant bait stations, and removed when the job is done.
Wildlife Law
We work within the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 and the Animal Welfare Act 2006, and never touch protected species such as bats and badgers.
Bees Relocated First
Honeybees are relocated with local beekeepers. We destroy a bee nest only as an absolute last resort.
Written Treatment Reports
You get a record of what we found, what we used and where, and what to do next, ready for your landlord, insurer or food safety inspector.
Consumer & Data Law
Clear advice on cost before we start, cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and personal data handled under UK GDPR.
Accreditations
Accreditations & Memberships
Ask us for our PROMPT registration (the BPCA’s Professional Register for pest controllers) and insurance details, and we’ll send proof before any commercial contract.
We don’t display any trade-body logos on this website at the moment. We will only show an accreditation or membership once we can link to proof of it — such as the scheme’s public register — so you can check it for yourself.
If your organisation needs a particular accreditation for contractor approval, ask us and we’ll confirm what we can provide.
