What counts as a pest emergency?
Some pest problems can wait a few days. Others can't. If there's a risk to health, safety or your business, we'll get to you as quickly as we can.
- A rat or mouse inside the house, especially in the kitchen or a child's room

How quickly can you come out?
We work 7 days a week from 6am to 8pm, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and we take emergency call-outs 365 days a year. Same-day visits are often available, especially if you call in the morning; when we can't get there the same day, we'll give you a time for the earliest visit and tell you what to do in the meantime.

How much does an emergency call-out cost?
Prices depend on the pest, the size of the problem, the property and when you need us (for example evenings, weekends or emergencies). Call or WhatsApp us and we'll give you an idea of cost before we book the visit.
What to do while you wait
Keep children and pets out of the affected room. Don't touch droppings or dead rodents with bare hands. Put food away in sealed containers. Don't block a wasp nest entrance or spray it, which can make wasps aggressive. If a rat is in the toilet, close the lid and put something heavy on it. If anyone has been stung and has trouble breathing, call 999.
