    I cannot recommend Gino and his team highly enough. We developed a wasps nest over a weekend at our hair salon and I called him on the Monday morning needing his help as we had a full day of customers booked in. He came straight away and dealt with the issue so that we did not have to close and lose income. If I ever need pest control again I will 100% be calling him before anyone else and I’ll be recommending him to all of our customers. Thank you Gino for saving us from the wasps and for being such a nice guy too. X

    I called Urgent Pest Control for a squirrel in the loft and also rats in a neighbours house. Gino came out the same day and laid a squirrel trap in the loft and a bait box in the garden. He returned to remove the squirrel and to clean and disinfect the loft. Thankfully no sign of rats. Gino was a pleasure to deal with. He explained everything he was doing and the communication as to when he would be coming was great. Thank you to Gino and his colleague for a job well done!

    Excellent service. Contacted them on Sunday morning regarding a wasps nest in the loft. Said they would come tomorrow and would phone an hour before arrival. All went according to plan and the nest was safely disposed of on Monday afternoon. Friendly efficient service. Would definitely recommend

    After a false start involving a mistake with a phone number, Gino came as arranged the following day to deal with a wasp’s nest. The treatment seems to have worked well so far, as there is no further sign of wasps entering the roof area. Gino was at the house for around 25 minutes and advised that if the wasps were still in the same area in two weeks time, to call him back and a second treatment would be administered.

    Absolutely brilliant work. Very polite and professional. He also had so much time for my son. Even showed him in the back of his van. Definitely recommend if anyone has any pests or pigeons stuck in there chimney.

    Urgent Pest Control really lived up to their name. Scheduling was easy, they arrived promptly, and the technician was knowledgeable and courteous. They took the time to identify the issue and treated it thoroughly without rushing. I appreciated how respectful they were of my home and how clearly they explained the next steps.     I had a great experience with Urgent Pest Control. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and were extremely professional. The technician explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and took care of the problem efficiently. I noticed a big improvement almost immediately.
